Call Out Details:
A 69 year old farmer was reported missing from home, and had not been seen for at least 24 hours. Cockermouth MRT were requested to organise a search of the immediate area, using Team personnel & dogs.
Call Out Conclusion:
Dog teams and CMRT searched from the early hours till the end of the day, assisted by a drone, and helicopters from the Police and Coastguard. Nothing was found, and the search was stood down with the intention for Penrith MRT to take over early the next morning.
