Walkers reported hearing shouts for help, across the upper Newlands valley from Hindscarth towards
High Spy. Keswick MRT with Search Dog Rona went out to search up to Dale Head Tarn, assisting Cockermouth MRT who had sent 2 TMs out to do a quick search of the ridge.
Call Out Conclusion:
Nothing was found. The incident was recorded as a False Alarm with good intent, and may well have been a shepherd calling his dog.
