A couple with a child reported themselves lost on Whitbarrow Scar, not being able to find a way down through the thick woodland.
Call Out Conclusion:
Handler Dave Howarth who was in the area with Search Dog Fern recognised the location from the message. He and Fern were able to locate them from a nearby footpath, and show them a safe route down to the bottom.
